Dr. Changwon Son receives $855,760 from National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM) Gulf Research Program for a research project aimed at addressing issues with Stop-work authority, Ultimate work authority, Reporting unsafe conditions, and Employee participation (SURE) programs for offshore energy activities. Dr. Changwon Son will serve as a Project Director with three Project Investigators, Dr. Kerk Kee (Professor, TTU MCOM), Dr. Marshall Watson (Associate Professor, TTU PE), and Dr. Tyree Mitchell (Associate Professor, LSU School of Leadership and HRD).
